The Power Of Being Alone , The Power of Solitude and Why Being Alone Is Important

WHY PREACHING SOLTITUDE?

You must have often heard people preaching solitude over the stacks of relationship a human wreath itself with. Well, they aren’t wrong. Solitude is the greatest boon humans have underlooked. Now you might ask, what is the point of being alone, living alone ? What, I don’t wanna be like a freak who stays alone !

Pal, you are lightly mistaken! Solitude is and it can never be a trend of this generation because it requires utmost dedication and belief. Solitude is related to being alone, acting alone, staying grumpy whenever anyone else approaches you ! Naah! There’s more to this little word. Let’s scoop it in today’s blog post !

Solitude is when you are able to cut yourself from the herd you live in and put your individual self to a meditation. A meditation that allows your soul to blend in the symphony of other nature, a bower of omens and you sitting under, not chanting mantras but your beliefs, your principles, your heart. You are courageous enough to talk to yourself alone, you focus on yourself, you think of your deeds, you are able to deviate all the social fuss out of your brain, you are able to be true to your soul, you are able to sing in the glory of powers that you are surrounded with.

Loneliness is not an execrate, it's not a trend that you post on your socials with a black and white filter to rock its charm, it's not depression - It’s Devotion. A devotion that you do with yourself. You feel disturbed, you feel uneasy, fuzzy in the head, throbbing in the heart, goosebumps on the body - its telepathy. Your body speaks to each element composed of you. It’s you.

Enough of me talking in riddles and enough of you scratching your bald head! Let’s cut to the core of things.

A question I have heard so many people asking, Let’s answer it and learn in the way :

Why do some people like to be alone and locked up in their room instead of socializing outside?

There are reasons why some people are more into their own company than exploring and socializing. And this also in no way vouches for the statement that they are introverts or lack people skills, it's just how they like to live. It’s just the fact that they are aware, conscious about their souls, about themselves.

  • Peace is supreme - It can allow you to reach the doors you never knew existed. It preserves your sanity. You sit to meditate and you can’t focus for long, but once you push your mind to stir around yourself and not what is happening around - You greet - PEACE. A thing, people go to psychologists too nowadays.

  • Analyze - You get a good time to reflect upon your deeds. You do retrospection, introspection and you reflect. You question your actions and suggest a better way of dealing. You start to master your own demon - Anger, in the way.

  • Healing - Whatever has hurt you to the nub will be dispersed in the shadow of meditation.

  • Energy reserved - It is smarter to invest your energy on yourself rather than people. It prevents you from draining or losing your identity.

  • Thrive in silence to let your success roar for you.

  • Self love - The only place where you don’t feel being judged is alone. When you have yourself. No complexion.

  • Sanity - An overlooked aspect of this generation is preserving sanity. It is important you keep your mind healthy in order to make fruitful decisions. Hence some people love being aloof and alone.

I wrote this special poetry for all those who are aiming to be a better version of themselves. We all stand together. No one shall be dethroned, we all will win - Together.

The mind rings the memories,

The heart flutters at the exercise,

I feel like a dream.

Chords of epiphanies fading.

I feel at rest,

I feel alive.
